‘JUST BIKES Bobber Build Off’ to feature at the Australian Motorcycle Expo!
27 October 2010
JUST BIKES have teamed up with Destino Custom Garage, Lizard Designs and DNA Paints to present the ‘JUST BIKES Bobber Build Off’ at this year’s Australian Motorcycle Expo in Melbourne this November.
JUST BIKES will feature three live bobber conversions over the three day event.
Jimmy B from Destino Custom Garage and Jimmy G from JUST BIKES will work together in a race against the clock to see if they can build a bike a day!
The bikes will have some extraordinary paint jobs done by Steve May at Lizard Designs using the latest in paint technology from DNA Paints.
The three bikes to be ‘bobbed’ will be a Yamaha XVS1100, Kawasaki VN800 & a Harley Davidson Sportster.
Watch the team as they take these three standard production motorcycles and turn them into street credible, old school bobbers. From bobbed out fenders, springer seats to custom paint jobs and drag bars, they will show you just how easy it is to have a stand out ride in true old school style!
JUST BIKES’ Marketing Manager – Andy MacFeate today said “We are extremely excited to be at the Australian Motorcycle Expo this year. We have been working closely with the team at Destino to bring something fresh to the event. To be able to watch these guys build 3 bikes in 3 days is going to be exciting. This is a new way of demonstrating what our brand is all about – bringing bike enthusiasts together, sharing ideas and creating something cool.”
It's going to be HUGE! JUST BIKES and Destino will not only be creating three very mean machines, but there will also be lots of giveaways over the 3 big days as well as live custom pin striping demonstrations!
Video feeds and Project blogs will be covering the builds on www.justbikes.com.au so even if you can’t stick around to watch the entire build process, you can keep up to date with all the fun mayhem as the builds take shape.
See it LIVE at the Australian Motorcycle Expo in Melbourne on November 26th-28th 2010.
